Mission of the NRC:

NRC works to protect the rights of displaced and vulnerable people in times of crisis. Through our programs provide assistance to meet immediate humanitarian needs, prevent further displacement and contribute to lasting solutions. Through our advocacy efforts to do that rights are respected and that durable solutions are achieved. Through our permanent mechanisms of response teams provide experience as a strategic partner to the United Nations, as well as national and international actors.
We respond in situations of armed conflict and we are committed in other contexts where our skills provide added value. We are an organization that bases its work on a human rights approach and committed to the principles of humanity, neutrality, independence and impartiality.

COUNTRY DIRECTOR
The Country Director is responsible for defining the strategy of the organization, its objectives and determining the means necessary to achieve them. Brand guidelines for collection and use of resources of the organization according to plan, and organizes tasks of the component members of the company. Coordinates and controls operations according to a scheduled plan. Reviews the strategy and organizational structures in response to internal and external contingencies.

Program Director
It is responsible for ensuring the main focus of NRC, which is the emergency phase where needs are most acute. It maintains strategies during emergencies rights holistic approach, which includes support during emergency and early recovery, seeking to build resilience of displaced people to promote sustainability and recovery is applied.
Manage the team to a group of dynamic, adaptive and mutually reinforcing responsibilities, ensure that the beneficiaries, refugee and displaced population, access Hostel, Food Security, Education, Water and Sanitation and Information, Counseling and Legal Assistance.

Head of Support
It is responsible for all areas that are responsible for providing support for field work and administrative organization.
Scheduling, organizing, directing, executing and controlling the financial, administrative and accounting activities NRC, coordinating their functions with other areas, ensuring timely achievement and proper management of financial resources, leading the programs of business and administrative management, and compliance with the tasks set out in the organizational structure.

Security Advisor / Security Unit
Security adviser is responsible for:
1. Implement and ensure compliance of systems, procedures, requirements, manuals, guides and security policies NRC.
2. Support the establishment of security plans, contingency evacuation crises among others. .
3. Prepare reports and safety analysis as required.
4. Support the development and coordination of safety training.
5. Support the coordination and operational functions of the communications monitoring center and CMC.
6. Ensure the appropriate file of all supporting documents.

Advocacy Advisor / Protection / Communication.
Its main functions are:
1. The provision of information, counseling and legal assistance to displaced persons, on access to rights and to supply the National System of Integral Attention to the Displaced Population
2. legal support to victims of forced to access truth, justice and reparation, with special emphasis on land restitution and sexual gender-based violence movement.
3. Managing the interaction with the media and provide internal policies for handling media and social networks to spread the activities of NRC.

Finance manager
Its main functions are:
• Collate, record, analyze and interpret the financial information of the company.
• Carry ledgers.
• Prepare and submit reports on the financial situation of the company and deliver to the Manager monthly.
• Prepare and submit tax returns.
• advise management on matters related to the position, as well as the whole organization's internal control.
• advise the manager on credit, as required.

HR Manager
Its main functions are:
1. To ensure adherence to policies, tools, manuals and NRC guidelines.
2. Run support functions delegated portfolio of Human Resources, according to annual planning.
3. Prepare and submit status reports of the area as required by management.
4. Ensure proper filling out of documents.
5. To promote and share ideas for improving the functions of the area.

Logistics & ICT
- Update administers the database vendor (SDB). 
- Manage Management NRC's environmental policy in relation to waste with high environmental impact and reduced consumption of water and electricity.
- Manages management Purchasing and Contracting Procedures in Caqueta released according to the table, that is:
- Receive Purchase Requests (PR).
Send Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
- Make Offer Analysis (BA).
- Send rejection letter Offer not selected suppliers (where applicable thresholds according to purchasing / contracting the NRC.
- Make Purchase Order (PO) or Service Delivery Contracts, Civil Engineering, Consulting, etc. They are not spring Human Resources.
- Ensure that purchase orders or contracts have Notes Receipt of Goods (GRN) confirming that payments can be passed to Finance.
- In the case of deliveries Inventory Material Bodegas or jobsites Check the processing of Waybill - Referral to ensure effective delivery of materials.
- Fill out the PTS (Procurement Tracking Sheet)
- Support the monitoring of Master Plans purchases.
- Collect signatures seekers, Budget Holders VOBO Finance and Procurement Procedures and Contracts.
- Filing procedures purchase invoice and accounting document digitally consecutively in each folder Three Filling procedure.
- Participate in the analysis of offers in public tenders.
- Manage sending Merchandise shipments using the platform chosen by the NRC and track shipments to their destination when required.

- Ensure monthly report consolidated shipment of vehicles - Logbook and tracking expiration dates of insurance policies, SOAT, taxes, etc.
- To support the processing of Purchase Orders for Special transport for passengers or cargo.
- Support dialing asset claim guarantees or insurance policies and give alerts maturities fleet policies.

- Move in carrying out its duties, the Offices of the NRC in Colombia or Country Offices in order to provide specific support in the absence of local responsible for logistics activities or events that address Country or Administrative and Financial management required.
